Our mission is to guide and inspire the next generation of scientists, innovators, and health leaders - equipping them with the tools, training, and opportunities to rise to the challenge.

Through hundreds of “ideanerd Sri Lanka” STEM workshops, we’ve reached over 20,000 school students across Sri Lanka, with a special focus on rural and underserved communities. Our curriculums and workshops teach students about scientific research methodologies, hypothesis-driven experiments, and problem-solving techniques.

Additionally, we conduct leadership and capacity-building workshops to enhance their confidence and empower them to tackle challenges. By connecting students with local universities for mentorship and assisting them in applying to national and international science fairs, we provide them with opportunities to showcase their work and gain recognition.

Our efforts contribute to pandemic preparedness in developing countries by improving intellectual capacity within these nations. By strengthening scientific education and leadership skills, we’re helping to build a workforce that will be ready to respond to future health crises with resilience, innovation, and expertise.
